Start Small To Achieve Big

I just watched this video clip about these 2 guys trying to cheer people up since America is in a state of depression after the financial crisis. It's really cool to think that two normal guys will just get out there and do their part to try to make the world a better place. And I'm all for peace love and happiness.
There was one time when I was in Canada this summer, that I saw something kind of like this. Their attitudes were similar. They weren't asking for anything, not money or anything. Just making an effort to try to make someone else feel good, even if there was nothing in it for them besides the good feeling of knowing you made someone feel good. There was a guy going around giving free high fives, and if he liked what you you were wearing, he would comment on it. It was really funny because my little cousin got scared. Although she's only 5, she cares a lot about germs, so she didn't high-five him because she thought he was a "dirty street man". Isn't she sweet? But the high-five guy reminded me of these guys, because that's exactly what he was trying to do, just trying to make someone feel good.
But back to these guys in the video. I really like how they were trying to make someones day just a little bit better. And that's how we're going to accomplish world peace. It doesn't just happen. EVERYONE has to work for it. It starts with a smile, and then the smile spreads. We have to start small to achieve big. Maybe that will be my new motto. Start small to achieve big. That sounds like something President Obama would say.
